**About the Company**:
Abacus Human Capital has established itself as a premier boutique accounting recruitment specialist in the Queensland market and currently has an opportunity for a hungry, and proactive Recruitment Consultant to support our expanding Government division where we are a supplier to the Queensland State Government. You will be working for a privately owned business that is not responsible for paying dividends to shareholders but instead invests those profits back into the people who make the business a success. **About the Role**:
Key elements of this role will include:

- Developing new client relationships while servicing your existing clients
- Conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews
- Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels

**Your Background**:

- Ideally 12 months of consistent experience working in white-collar temporary recruitment or alternatively a strong work ethic, passion to succeed, and an ability to back your outcomes or
- A proven passion for working with people, networking, and providing great customer service. This can include experiences across hospitality, credit control, retail, etc.
- Ideally, strong sales experience coupled with excellent negotiation skills
- You are resilient, a team player, and a confident communicator
