**Position Overview**

This position will be based in Sydney Australia.

MFT is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Key Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our strategic clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth through growing market share and market penetration through strengthening critical local stakeholder relationships and executing Go To Market (GTM) plans.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive profitable, sustainable sales growth by building market share and growing customer market basket revenue.
- Develop and execute local GTM plans for responsible key accounts, aligning with regional MFT stakeholders, and including product roadmaps in collaboration with marketing and product management. Maintain and present growth strategies/plans quarterly
- Lead and drive key growth initiatives in collaboration with the functional & global teams.
- Champion and implement the Value Selling Process to develop and execute business development strategies. Maintain active and current sales pipeline for each stage of opportunity.
- Develop & personally manage productive working relationships with key local customer stakeholders including corporate, franchisees, and supply chain partners (brand-owners, KES, distributors etc).
- Lead and coordinate regional account pricing, reporting and MFT global account communication and alignment
- Strengthen key distribution / Approve Service Agent (ASA) network and distribution management
- Improve competitive position by listening to voice of customer (VOC) and innovate to solve their needs.
- Cultivate and maintain constructive interaction with all Marmon Foodservice Technologies (MFT) functional groups (Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Customer Centre of Excellence, and Finance) to manage projects to completion.
- Identify market trends by researching industry and related events, publications, announcements and participating in sector's fairs and conventions.
- Keep the business informed of trends, new product launches or other competitive initiatives that could impact sales.
- Actively identify, participate, and engage in franchise operator events and activities to win influence and drive MFT sales and market share.
- Create value pricing strategies with all responsible accounts.
- Submit all reports on schedule.
- Participate and contribute to the development and analysis of new products and sales/marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in a Key Account Management role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong presentation and planning skills, challenging status quo to stimulate growth across the organisation
- Strong business and financial acumen with strong understanding of P&L, communicating and reporting financial data to drive business decision making
- Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment with a positive & proactive mindset, having the tenacity and resilient "Hunter" mindset.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges, while maintaining the highest level of integrity, business ethics and consistency in values, behaviors and judgment.
