Open Pantry Consultingis excited to be partnering with one of Adelaide's most dynamic brewpubs to find a talentedAssistant Venue Manager.
This is an opportunity to join a vibrant venue that combines great beer, food, and atmosphere with a focus on people and culture.
What you'll be doing:
Leading from the front to deliver an outstanding guest experience
Coaching and developing a passionate FOH team
Driving positive culture and smooth daily operations
Managing costs, rostering, and compliance with confidence
Bringing fresh ideas to elevate service and the overall atmosphere
What we're looking for:
Experience in a similar hospitality leadership role
Strong people leadership skills — you know how to get the best from your team
Passion for great beer, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a busy, high-volume venue
