About the Role
As the Intake Officer you will have the responsibility for the following:
- Assist with the provision of high-quality confidential complaints management, case management, administrative services and data entry verification, and executive support.
- Assist with the management of complaint intake, assist in preparing matters for assessment and maintain the department's complaints database
- Assist in the development, implementation and documentation of the Integrity - Intake Referrals and Partnerships administrative processes and practices.
- Assist with maintaining effective time management practices for the Manager, including prioritising correspondence and responding to outstanding queries and requests for information. This includes being the first point of contact for incoming complaints.
- Contribute as part of a team to the development of plans and key performance indicators that will measure and monitor performance so as to achieve improved outcomes with regard to case file management.
