**The Opportunity**
Reporting through to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Building rapport with customers and following up on their interest in finance.
- Collect and review client information required to help bring loans to settlement.
- Produce reports from internal systems for Sales and Management to review.
- Always provide exceptional customer service.
- Matrix finance deals with the Sales Manager to give customers the best possible deal.
- Leverage market-leading technology to manage the customer's journey.

**Let's talk about you**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Working within a regulated environment where attention to detail is important.
- Minimum 2 Years Asset Finance Broking experience
- Awareness of how a loan is structured will be highly regarded.
- Experience working in either sales, sales support, or customer service.
- Accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Relationship-building skills, able to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
- Australian working rights
