Support the Frontline: Join QCS as an Advisor, Portfolio ServicesQueensland Corrective Services (QCS) is on the hunt for a talented administrator to play a vital behind-the-scenes role as an Advisor, Portfolio Services.
You'll be the backbone of our operations, providing expert support that keeps our teams running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Manager, Asset Services.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and systems, including SAP, Mincor, and Aurion
Analyse data and prepare reports for executive leadership levels
Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders What You'll Bring: Proven experience in administration and support, ideally in a complex environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Experience with database management and data interrogation Why QCS?
