**Your contribution**: The Environment and Heritage Policy and Programs Division develops strategy, policy and legislation to support the Government's environment agenda.The Office of Circular Economy leads Queensland in achieving the waste and resource recovery targets in the Queensland Waste Management and Resource Recovery Strategy, and in transitioning from a linear to a circular economy.
The Circular Economy Programs team takes the lead on developing and delivering grants and programs to reduce raw material consumption, value resources at their highest order use, and minimise environmental impacts. The transition to circular economy thinking provides the opportunity for innovative and dynamic people to join a highly effective team and launch into a program of work that will make a difference to Queensland's environment, economy and society.
