**THE ROLE**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a **Kitchen Assistant **who is enthusiastic, hard working and willing to develop their skills in the Hospitality/Catering industry.

**YOU**
- Have understanding of various kitchen operations, equipment and procedures
- Have accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Have attention to detail and good time management skills
- Have good organisational and communication skills
- Be familiar with industry's best practices
- Can work well with team, and independently
- Can work 7-day rotating roster, both AM and PM shifts and Public Holidays
