**Kitchen Attendant positions (FT/PT or CAS** available**).**

Join our team at the prestigious Pennant Hills Golf Club, a private Members only club blending a 100-year-old tradition with a refreshingly modern, quality-focused approach to food and Member experiences.

With a newish clubhouse and an 18 hole golf course upgrade underway, you'll be part of an exciting journey ahead. Our kitchen crew are known for being fun and supportive, making every day at work enjoyable.

The Club hours usually finish by 7pm most nights, aside from semi regular events, so both day and some evening availability is required.

Capable, reliable and motivated Kitchen Attendants needed to support our kitchen operations ensuring a clean and organised environment during and after service periods.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with food preparation tasks.
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting with storage of food supplies.
- Deep cleaning duties of all kitchen surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assisting in the plating of function food, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Stretching pizza dough and you may also be trained on the wood-fired pizza oven.
- Providing support to the kitchen team during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, weekends and some evenings as required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever required to support the Kitchen operations.

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
