**A great opportunity exists in our team for a Engineering Manager. The position will oversee the day to day operations of an engineering design office on a variety of projects typically related to**:

- Residential Subdivisions
- VicRoads Intersection Treatments
- Local Government Infrastructure
- Water Authority Infrastructure

**The position will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to work and oversee all components of the Land Development industry by coordinating and and managing an established team.**:
**You will report to the Directors of the consultancy.**:
**Key Requirements**:
**To succeed in this position you will have the following**:

- A degree Civil Engineering with experience in the managing staff and controlling financial management of projects
- Proven Project Management Capabilities
- An understanding of the business/ organisation/ marketing aspects of land development consulting
- Experience and knowledge of the standards adopted by the various Councils, Retail Water Authorities, Melbourne Water and VicRoads,
- Experience with relevant Australian Engineering Standards
- Understanding of and ability to work within a Quality Assured office
- Ability to work within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work without supervision and to manage time and work proficiently.
