Your Role as Assistant Store ManagerAs an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the store.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager and lead the team with energy, pride and purpose.Your key responsibilities will include:Delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading by example in service and presentationCoaching and developing team members, supporting onboarding, training and feedbackCreating a vibrant, high-performance culture, celebrating success and sharing the Koko Black storyMaintaining high visual and operational standards, including sampling, displays and merchandisingManaging day-to-day operations, including stock rotation, cleanliness, and complianceSupporting store performance, helping drive sales, set team goals and optimise productivity About YouYou've got leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food serviceYou lead by example and know how to bring out the best in a teamYou're customer-obsessed and thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou're excited by the idea of launching something newAnd yes, you absolutely love chocolate Be Part of Something SpecialAt Koko Black, we believe in craft, curiosity and connection.
