With local manufacturing facilities in Melbourne's Laverton North, we work closely with architects, builders, and clients to create innovative and beautiful living environments.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking full-time Production Operators to join the team, based at our Laverton North factory/workshop, working day shift (Monday to Friday).

As a Production Operator, you will be required to complete various manufacturing processes associated with the manufacture of bathroom pods in order to meet daily production targets.

As on the job training will be provided, this role would ideally suit anyone with related experience within the manufacturing industry and/or with the ability to use hand tools when required e.g. handyperson (but not necessarily trade) experience.

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

- Operate an automatic, semi-automatic, or single purpose machines or equipment.
- Use selected hand tools (these roles will not be entirely operating machinery).
- Manual handling e.g. packing and wrapping bathroom pods.
- Operate, set up, and adjust production machinery.
- Basic data entry on an electronic system.
- Perform quality assurance checks.
- Ensure that sufficient task analysis is completed to carry out work safely.
- Operate a forklift (desired).

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE**

- Recent experience in a manufacturing/production environment, including working towards daily targets.
- Able to undertake manual handling/use hand tools when required.
- Able to interpret technical/fabrication drawings.
- Able to work well autonomously and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and problem solving ability.
- Basic computer skills.
- Available to work day shift, with some weekend availability on occasion.
