Founded in 2004, Expect A Star are now one of the largest Australian owned providers of early childhood staffing and recruitment for childhood educators and childcare services.

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team as we diversify into new areas within the education sector.

**The opportunity**:
**To be considered you must have**:
To be successful you will ideally have experience recruiting within the education industry. You will be a self-starter who is results focused, with the ability to build effective relationships with a new client base.
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success
- Previous experience as a leader and the ability to grow a team
