**Your role**:
As a proven Engineering Leader within the Defence environment, the Manager - Engineering Integration will also be required to deploy into captures and new business pursuits providing engineering and technical leadership support.

This position can be based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane or Symonston, Canberra.

**About you**:
With proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, your qualifications and status as a professional engineer will serve you well in navigating complex projects and programs. Your ability to influence and guide various stakeholder groups will require an experienced and effective communicator able to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.

Practical exposure across different Project Management methodologies will be highly regarded as well as Systems Engineering training and/or courses.

Ideally, you will have had experience working in large, matrixed organisations with a track record of building a culture of continuous improvement and effectiveness.

This position reports to Australia-Fortitude Valley, Queensland, AUS, however, this position can also be worked from Symonston, Australian Capital Territory, Australian Capital Territory, AUS.
