As part of our strategic plan, we are now looking to secure a talented and experienced Civil Design Drafter to join our supportive Melbourne team delivering a range of projects within our Civil Infrastructure, Transport & Bridges, Energy and Industrial sectors.

Ideally you will have:

- An ownership mentality with your approach to quality of work, business development and people engagement
- A passion for documenting quality work and telling a story with your drawings
- Extensive experience in the documentation of transport infrastructure projects in Victoria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for developing and mentoring others in the team
- Enthusiasm to enjoy what you do and have fun
- The energy to be on a journey with a team that is building a strong brand locally with clients we enjoy working with.
