Ayan Infotech is looking for a
Guidewire Claims Architect
for a full-time permanent position in Sydney or Melbourne. We are also considering candidates for a Guidewire Business Architect role.

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8+ years in enterprise software architecture, with at least 5 years in Guidewire ClaimCenter
Deep understanding of P&C insurance claims processes
Proficiency in Guidewire Studio, GOSU, and ClaimCenter configuration
Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP/REST, MQ, ESB)
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Certifications
Guidewire ClaimCenter Certified Specialist or Architect
TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certifications
Agile/Scrum certifications
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end architecture of Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations
Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices
Collaborate with enterprise architects to align architecture with IT strategy
Design scalable solutions for claims processing and automation
Implementation & Development
Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ClaimCenter modules
Guide development teams on business rules, workflows, and UI
Ensure adherence to development standards
Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance
Integration & Data
Architect integrations with external systems
Design data migration strategies from legacy systems
Maintain data security and compliance
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with business analysts and claims operations to understand requirements
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide technical leadership in project planning
Quality & Performance
Ensure system performance and scalability
Implement monitoring and logging
Support QA in testing strategies
