Ayan Infotech is looking for a Guidewire Claims Architect for a full-time permanent position in Sydney or Melbourne. We are also considering candidates for a Guidewire Business Architect role.

Title: Guidewire Claims Architect
Location: Sydney or Melbourne (other locations within Australia considered for highly skilled candidates)
Type: Full-time permanent

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 8+ years in enterprise software architecture, with at least 5 years in Guidewire ClaimCenter
  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance claims processes
  • Proficiency in Guidewire Studio, GOSU, and ClaimCenter configuration
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
  • Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP/REST, MQ, ESB)
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Certifications
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter Certified Specialist or Architect
  • TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certifications
  • Agile/Scrum certifications
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design
  • Lead end-to-end architecture of Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations
  • Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align architecture with IT strategy
  • Design scalable solutions for claims processing and automation
Implementation & Development
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ClaimCenter modules
  • Guide development teams on business rules, workflows, and UI
  • Ensure adherence to development standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance
Integration & Data
  • Architect integrations with external systems
  • Design data migration strategies from legacy systems
  • Maintain data security and compliance
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with business analysts and claims operations to understand requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership in project planning
Quality & Performance
  • Ensure system performance and scalability
  • Implement monitoring and logging
  • Support QA in testing strategies
