About You & The Role
We're looking for a passionate, in-houseContent Marketing Managerto help drive our creative engine and grow our passionate community.
Reporting to theHead of Digital Marketing, this role will be at the heart of our lean and cross-functional team, leveraging skills in creative briefing, project management, and technical marketing execution for rapid project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production: Drive the creative process from ideation to delivery, execute tight, data-informed and creative briefs which tell stories that earn attention and drive action.
Organic social strategy: Develop and implement TikTok, YouTube, and IG content to grow and drive value for our passionate community.
Hands-On Creative Execution: Generate a portion of creative content yourself to get timely or experimental content out quickly.
Campaign Management & Measurement: Own email marketing and CRM implementation, manage campaigns and automations to maximize engagement and LTV, and conduct in-depth semantic analysis to generate insights.
Partnerships & Community: Collaborate with content partners, manage community engagement, and build brand and content partnerships through events and expos.
A Day In The Life
On an average day, you might discuss upcoming content collaborations, finalize content plans, review edits from UGC creators, and produce or launch video content experiments for social channels.
Qualifications And Skills
5+ years in brand marketing or related roles in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
Deep expertise in a creative area such as design, videography, animation, or copywriting.
Experience managing influencer/content creator relationships.
Proactive problem-solver comfortable with change.
Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Notion, Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.
Highly Advantageous
Experience in startups or rapidly scaling businesses.
Passion for automotive industry.
Interest in continuous learning and self-development.
Location: Brunswick, VIC, with onsite amenities and parking.
Exposure to profitable ecommerce business and access to top training tools.

Salary Range
A$80K - A$100K + Super + Bonus
