We have over 30 years of experience and a large customer base supplying both major Mainstream and Independent supermarkets.

**Job description**:
To keep up with the demand and our expanding business, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-focused Sales Representative (Asian Sales) to be based in ACT.

**Duties**:
**Business Development & Strategy for Food Service Segment**
- Understanding existing food service customer business and aggressively developing new lines or opportunities to grow
- Build strong relationships with food service customers by providing enhanced service and support when required in building the volume of sales
- Seeking and recruiting new food service customers in the market
- Visiting customers as per call schedules, placing re-orders with individual retailers to optimise stock levels, recommending new line opportunities and soliciting additional stock orders
- Checking date codes and rotating stock, identifying out-of-stocks and following up
- Check the quality and appearance of stocks to ensure saleability
- Build and maintaining effective business relationships
- Report competitive new lines or activities being launched and regularly update Market Intelligence / Parallel Import

**Promotional Activity**
- Regular review monthly promotional programs
- Discuss, review and work alongside the Assistant Manager to identify opportunities to increase sales volume

**Market intelligence within the marketplace**
- Compile details and feedback about our competitors
- Identify and discuss any opportunities that arise in the marketplace

**To be successful you will need**:

- Relevant sales experience
