**ABOUT THE CLIENT AND ROLE**
Our client is a New South Wales Government agency based in the Sydney CBD. They are currently seeking an experienced
**Contract Officer** to join their transport and infrastructure cluster and provide support to the Contracts team in the day to day contract administration and general procurement services.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES**
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide support in relation to the project procurement, approval documentation, contracts, and contractual notifications across the Contracts team
- Provide support in relation to contract administration, records management, invoice payments, and systems management
- Assist the Contracts Administrator to effectively monitor contracts in line with guidelines
- Liaise, coordinate, and process information requests for all contract related matters to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of requirements
- Resolving issues and problems encountered including requests
- Coordinate contracted Service Quality Assurance audits

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Demonstrated contract administration background with experience administering multiple contracts concurrently
- Advanced excel skills required
- Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Suite
- Previous experience with SAP or Ariba beneficial
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the NSW Government Procurement Policy and procurement framework
