**About the role**:
We currently have a 12 month opportunity for a Change & Communications Analyst, who is a passionate and talented communications professional. In this role you will support the delivery of strategic initiatives and drive engagement though communications. You will support our colleagues to feel valued and connected, ensuring they have the information they need to maintain and grow our business.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with stakeholders and change professionals, you'll develop and deliver communications for critical change programs
- Contributing to content plans for our internal channels across Personal Bank
- Developing communications that align to our Corporate narrative and drive change adoption to deliver business benefits
- Developing a range of communication materials with a strong focus on digital newsletters and SharePoint content
- Delivering to and working within deadlines, managing multiple initiatives
- Building and managing stakeholder relationships and building a reputation as a trusted communications advisor
- Support various parts of the business with a particular focus on our broker channels
- Have the flexibility and willingness to support other squads/portfolios as and when needed

**To be successful in the role you will be a driven communications professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced complex environment with**:

- Excellent writing ability, with experience in developing engaging communications and simplifying complex messages
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing effective relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Proven ability to manage and execute change management communications on high profile projects desirable
- Experience in SharePoint intranet content management and in developing html newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
