About the role
Flexihire Pty Ltd is a 100% Australian owned and operated business specialising in Industrial Equipment Hire. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, safety, making fast decisions and providing a secure and fun place to work.
The role is to be an integral part of the Flexihire Mackay branch by ensuring the prompt service, repair and maintenance of all equipment in a workshop and field service environment. It is not just mechanical work, you are also responsible for parts ordering, keeping service/repair history up to date and taking ownership of the workshop, liaising with other staff, customers and ensuring equipment is well presented and reliable.
To Succeed
Proven mechanical troubleshooting acumen
Upbeat nature and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Excellent level of Customer service
An understanding of industrial equipment with both diesel and petrol engines
Adopt and comply with a high level of safe work culture within our company
Forklift licence is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills & team spirit
Comfortable using computers
Well Presented
Variety - support all team members in all tasks
