We have an amazing permanent opportunity for a Transport Administrator to provide support to the national transport team.

**Description**:
Reporting to the Transport Manager, responsibilities include

Coordinate with the warehouse team on daily priorities and tasks
Coordinate with the Customer Service team on allocation of resources and priorities
Schedule daily rosters and runs for our team of dedicated drivers as well as the driver teams' leave and availability timetables
Manage the servicing and repairs of all company vehicles including sales representative cars, delivery vans and light trucks.
Ensure all refrigerated vehicles and equipment are maintained via a regular servicing schedule
Manage the sending of manifests, and issue invoices for orders as required
Respond to customer queries for in a timely manner
Operate the inhouse transport logistics system and warehouse management systems
Communicate with partner 3PL on various logistics operations

Skills and Experience

Proven experience working within FMCG warehousing or finance
Experience working in distribution or transport industry is favourable
Ability to use warehouse or transport management systems - M3 and ORCODA is preferred
Be professional and well presented
Work independently and as a member of a team
Be flexible and able to cope with short notice or change of schedule
Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal across a variety of stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership qualities
