**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 96-bed Aged Care facility in Ashburton, Victoria
- Shift times are 3:00 pm to 10:15 pm
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- **Minimum 3 years working as a Clinical Care Manager in Aged Care**:

- Registered Nursing qualification
