MediPharm Medical Practice is a new, comprehensive health centre providing patients with a one stop health destination. Catering to the booming community of Liverpool LGA, MediPharm Medical Practice is situated along the busy Hoxton Park Road driving strong foot traffic to the centre. MediPharm provides the following services: general practitioner, cosmetics, dentistry, pathology, physiotherapy, pharmacy, and naturopathy. About the role - RECEPTIONISTS

We are looking for dedicated and experienced receptionists to join our team on a casual or part time basis. Hours of operation are between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm. Responsibilities include:
Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments

Answer and respond to telephone enquiries in a courteous and professional manner

Accurately process patient payments via cash, EFTPOS

Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records

At all times maintain the confidentiality of patient personal and financial information

Maintain cleanliness of reception area and clinic rooms

**Requirements**:
Previous medical reception experience highly regarded - BEST PRACTICE

Excellent computer skills, PDF skills highly sought after

Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills

Ability to work under pressure and leave personal/external issues at the door

Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to empathise with patients

Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, ability to perform to KPIs

Punctual and reliable

Available to commence ASAP

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $29.96 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prestons, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
