**About the role**

The Environments Curator is accountable for supervising the resource layout and design of new
and existing studio and centre fit-outs, with regards to the resources required. This includes:

- Reviewing centre/studio floor plans, making resource recommendations based on cabinetry surfaces
available and floor space, in line with provided centre budgets.
- On-going creation of studio age-appropriate resource mixes for ordering recommendations
- Contributing to the ongoing update of the Harmony environment 'look book'
- Completing studio resource set up plans, including desired order of set up, based on cabinetry pans
provided
- Identifying early education environment trends and making recommendations to Harmony for
consideration
- Ensuring completion of all studio fit-outs on agreed outcomes and timeframes with the POM
- Flagging any environment risks for the purposes of risk assessments

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Experience in childcare centre studio set ups and fit outs, or interior design or commercial fitouts
- Experience in environments design or commercial fit-out within a recognised and accredited childcare centre or similar environment
- Exceptional understanding of the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority
- A current drivers licence
- A current working with children Blue Card or will obtain one.
