Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.About the Opportunities:We are seeking experienced Baristas to join our FOH team on a full-time basis from October 2025, crafting exceptional coffee and contributing to memorable guest experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is ready to start immediately.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume, premium café or restaurantExpertise in coffee preparation and latte artStrong knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and brewing techniquesDemonstrated ability to exceed guest expectationsAdaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentPassion for delivering exceptional coffee and customer serviceOutstanding time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and consistencyStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeProfessional presentation and strong communication skillsAble and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shiftsWorking with Lucas Restaurants:People are at the core of our success and our culture goes beyond our workplace.
