About the Opportunity :

Full-time and casual positions are available for highly motivated Kitchen Hands to join our opening team. Support the chefs and ensure the cleanliness of the BOH area.

Start date : October 2025

Main Role Responsibilities :

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Provide assistance to the Chefs
  • Keep up with volume dishes while operating an industrial dishwasher

The Ideal Candidate Must Have :

Previous experience as a Kitchen HandExperience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageousDemonstrated organisational, time management skillsMust be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the roleAvailable to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidaysOHS, food hygiene & safety understandingExcellent communication & presentationAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamPossess a positive "can do" attitude
