**Home Care Support Workers** offer direct care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation services tailored to clients' needs.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Respect and integrate clients' rights, cultural, spiritual, and individual needs into all aspects of care and daily living.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support clients, observe and report any changes in clients' conditions, and follow Care Compatible Australia's procedures for escalation.
- Engage in and promote quality activities, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining friendly, supportive, and professional relationships with clients, their families, and friends.
- Share your knowledge and expertise to support your colleagues.
- Have access to your own car (registered in your name), valid insurance, and a current Victorian driver's license.

**Unqualified entry-level positions** **are available.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
