**ABOUT THE ROLE...**

As a Green Zebra Team Member, you will contribute to our winning culture as "the best" fully serviced informal contemporary dining experience on the coast.

We are looking for passionate front of house staff who have a bright, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills.

As GZ team member you are responsible for:

- Previous proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Previous proven experience waiting sections
- Providing outstanding customer service
- A positive "can do" attitude
- Be "coachable"
- Ability to work under pressure
- Availability to work over a flexible and rotating roster
- Impeccable presentation
- Attention to detail
- Communicating with your team in all aspects of front & back of house
- Follow food health safety procedures and guidelines
- Certified in RSA
- Carry 3 plates
- Carry drinks with serving tray
- Ability to upsell
- Bar staff will have knowledge in classic cocktails
- Bar staff will have barista skills
- Bar staff will have basic wine & beer knowledge
