**Your new role**

The key activities of our Case Managers Include:
- Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers
- Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work
- Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy
- Meet and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes

The first four weeks of our Q-Start Program are focused on establishing a solid foundation for success, so during these four weeks you'll need to attend the office regularly. After this, you'll work in a hybrid way with three days working from home and two days in the office, giving you just the right balance to further embed your learning and continue building connections.

You genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer
- centric service with empathy and patience. To be successful in this role, you will also bring:
- Experience in a case management, workers compensation and/or allied health environment or similar
- Experience working under relevant policies and procedures, which may include legislation.
- A high degree of influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A resilient approach to your work, maintaining a positive and optimistic response to all challenges
- A collaborative, person-centred approach to your work
