**About the role**
To realise the planned strategic business growth, there exists an opportunity to introduce best practice initiatives that can deliver quality, price, and service levels throughout APAC.

A key deliverable will include managing supplier relationships through a strategic procurement review process. There will be the requirement to ensure supplier compliance with company standards and to develop appropriate commercial and contractual arrangements in line with market benchmarking.

**About you**
You will bring to this role, confident leadership, proven commercial acumen and a depth of experience in offshore product sourcing and contract management.

An experienced negotiator, you will enjoy supplier sourcing and setting consistent parameters for selection and deliverables. Your peers recognise your passion for innovation, awareness of global product trends and ability to anticipate business and customer needs.
- An understanding of food and/or beverage packaging will be a distinct advantage, creative sourcing for FMCG, food service or similar environments would also be well regarded. Most importantly you with thrive in a fast paced, team oriented culture where innovation is key.
