We also have our head office based in Sydney CBD.Some of our well-liked benefits include:Gifted products throughout the year along with store discounts of up to 45%Paid Parental Leave, Birthday Leave & Personal LeaveHealth and well-being initiatives including 24/7 Mental Health programs & Life InsuranceDiscounted Gym memberships including Virgin Active & Fitness FirstOpportunities for personal development within ANZ through succession planningOpportunities across our global group of high-end luxury brands within LVMHThe opportunity:As the Stockroom Manager, you are the Inventory Controller responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demand and ensuring proper storage of products and marketing/animation collateral.You'll play a key role in:Driving scheduled cycle counts to adjust stock and prevent out-of-stock SKUsUsing data and reports to support operations and reduce shrinkageMonitoring and investigating negative stock levels and following up with the teamImplementing continuous improvement through coaching and collaboration with management, Supply Chain, and Planning teamsManaging stock distribution and organization, including ad hoc stock decisionsTraining the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policiesProcessing stock arrivals, managing returns, and liaising with external stakeholders for stock pick-upThis role suits a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values efficiency.Reporting Line:Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and District Inventory Operations LeadWe want to hear from you if:You are willing to work a 38-hour rotating rosterYou have retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, profit & loss management, and sales forecastingYou are proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and SAP (desirable)You are physically fit to lift up to 15kgYou have a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIsYou are passionate about client service and experiential retailYou value a positive culture of feedback, career development, coaching, and recognition
