Overview
As the Clinical Nurse Unit Manager (CNUM) for the Renal Unit at The Maitland Hospital, you will play a critical role in leading a dedicated team of nursing professionals. Your day-to-day duties will involve supervising, supporting, and guiding nursing staff, ensuring the highest standard of patient care within the unit. You will be the go-to expert for your team, offering advice and direction in relation to patient management and care. This is a full-time role, with shifts based on the operational needs of the Renal Unit. Hours are flexible to ensure coverage across all shifts and to maintain an efficient service delivery.

Requirements
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with relevant post graduate qualifications in management or speciality with a demonstrated commitment to professional development.
