ING Bank Australia is looking for an experienced Head of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join our Identity and Access management team reporting to the CISO based in Sydney.

As a senior member of the Identity and Access Management team, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Identity and Access management function. Key focus of this role is to execute IDM and UAM as per minimum standard policies and frameworks, to ensure systems and services comply with security and audit requirements

**What are you going to do?**
- Ensuring the function is responsive to governance needs of the organisation and security is upheld in an efficient manner.
- Maturing the current IAM technologies to build process efficiencies thereby enabling the strategy of organisational growth.
- Coaching and mentoring your team to understand the importance of effective control management and the broader impacts to the Bank
- Managing Identity Lifecycle risks in line within the Risk Management Framework;
- Working with the business, risk management and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliance with Group IAM Policies, risk standards and regulatory obligations;
- Embedding risk and control culture across our business stakeholders;
- Provide SME support to project delivery teams and key business stakeholders.

**What are we looking for?**

Someone who has
- Experience with installation, integration and deployment of IAM products: Sailpoint Identity IQ and CyberArk.
- Exposure to technology risk frameworks with relevant security experience.
- Experience in managing IT staff in a corporate, team environment especially leading a virtual team.
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing an IAM function or parts of an IAM function in complex IT environments including multi-site private and hybrid clouds for financial organisations.
- Experience in managing the expectations of C-Level executives and international stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience in delivering day-to-day customer services through either a vendor delivery model or an in-house model.
