THE COMPANY
Our client was initially established as an accounting practice nearly 15 years ago and they have grown and evolved to be a very successful and well know boutique accounting practice of around 40 staff members.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies and trusts, partnerships & individuals
Prepare, oversee and advise on BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax and statutory reporting requirements
Assisting with tax planning, entity setups etc
Assist to manage client relationships
Liaise effectively with external and internal stakeholders
Mentor and review work for junior members of staff
Ensure workflow efficiency, accuracy and deadlines are met
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
A Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a similar management role.
CA or CPA qualified
8+ years' experience in tax and business advisory
Excellent communication skills in dealing with clients and other staff members.
High level of organisation and prioritisation.
High level of time management and the ability to meet deadlines/follow through on tasks.
A Can-Do and proactive nature and work style
Ability to work effectively to deadlines & time pressures.
