Job Title: Software Engineer - Digital Product Development
We are seeking experienced software engineers to join our product engineering team on a permanent basis, with a focus on improving capability across the digital experience platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate within a cross-functional team to build and maintain large-scale digital products
Develop and enhance robust application code that meets technical requirements
Work closely with team members to generate User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and estimates
Provide guidance and assistance to junior engineers
Maintain software documentation and contribute to technical roadmaps
Lead best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture across the tech stack (Node, TypeScript, React, AWS, Cloudflare, GitLab CI/CD)
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of professional hands-on software development experience building and maintaining large-scale products
Full-stack proficiency with web-based languages and frameworks including Node, TypeScript, React, and cloud platforms such as AWS
Strong understanding of testing principles and experience implementing testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness
Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies (Scrum preferred; Kanban also used)
Strong understanding of secure coding practices, including OWASP
Experience mentoring junior and mid-level software engineers
