**About you**

We are looking for a
**Casual & Full-time Retail MUA/Skincare Specialists** to join the team in Westfield Doncaster. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of giving customers the tools to be their best everyday using our curated makeup and skincare range. You do this through combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting relationships. You believe in the product being accessible to everybody and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of your customer.

**The role**

Working alongside your team in a fast-paced environment, you feed on the buzz of achieving your goals.

You will:

- Provide excellent artistry and impeccable customer service including sharing in-depth product knowledge to develop lasting customer relationships
- Deliver sales to meet or exceed targets
- Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, and other tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:

- Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience
- Retail counter experience in the luxury beauty sector required
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task and build relationships
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Consistently exhibits professional behaviours
- Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays
