**The Organisation**

Clover Lane Consulting has partnered with a growing Clinical & Forensic Psychology Practice, located in Camberwell. The practice is now seeking the support of an
**Assistant Secretary**, to help with the day-to-day clerical duties. The team specialise in and supports services in psychological legal assessments, family law reports, individual psychological reports, parental risk assessments, violence risk assessments, children's evaluations, cognitive, development and personal assessments, and much more.

The practice has experienced significant growth over the past 12-18 months, and now, we are seeking the

**The Role**

The
- Daily Duties Include but are not limited to:_
- Assisting the smooth administrative duties of the practice.
- Supporting a high-functioning team.
- Assisting the Practice Coordinator, ensuring that the running of all administrative duties is proficient and supporting compassionate engagement with all clients.
- Attending and supporting team meetings designed to engage and inform staff, encourage behaviour standards, and model the values of the business.
- Update invoices for payments received through MYOB.
- Proficient with audio typing and coordination of reports with support from the extended administrative team.
- Excellent customer service and the willingness to take calls, associated with other admin staff when required.
- Providing any/all requested information for assessment enquiries, such as contacting clinicians for further information.
- Appointment scheduling and management, setting up new files, and diary entries and ensuring a streamlined best-practice approach.
- Preparing quotes for a variety of items and coordinating communication between DHHS and the clinician.

**Salary**

The
**Assistant Secretary** position will be paid at an hourly rate range of between $33 PH - $35+ PH (pending prior experience) plus superannuation. Previous experience will determine the appropriate immediate income level.
