**Your future in food starts here | Production Control Planner**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is a **NEW** opportunity. As Production Control Planner, you will be responsible for the management and the development of the 'near term' (13 weeks) demand and the supply balancing process. Your main responsibilities will be to provide the interface between sales and supply chain. This means ensuring the demand (sales orders) are balanced with supply (production) to deliver upon the sales forecast inside the business operating plan.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have previous experience working within a demand/control planning role where you have been exposed to gathering business intelligence and forecast information from sales, supply chain, customer service and finance. You will also have an understanding of:

- supply/demand balance and stock allocation system
- an ability to manage and maintain an up-to-date order book delivering a multi-week balanced order plan for execution by the logistics team
- process improvement and project management
- monitoring a enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and control safety time levels and project shipments
- the utilize data to implement new forecasting & replenishment methods to increase SKU productivity and logistic efficiency

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

You will have:

- 5 years + experience in similar roles
- Demonstrated experience in demand and/ or supply
- Beef product knowledge preferred
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Excel high level data analysis
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Work independently as well as in a group
- Be a successful change leader
