As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we are looking for a dedicated Maintenance and Procurement Officer/Administrator to join our Head Office team in Burswood, WA.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Day-To-Day Work Order Management_
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to efficiently manage and prioritize daily work orders, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance and procurement tasks.
- Utilize the company's advanced Facility Management Information (FMI) system to streamline operational processes.
- Ad Hoc Task Management_
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by attending to other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility.
- Report Creation_
- Utilize your proficiency in MS Word and Excel to create detailed and insightful reports summarizing maintenance and procurement activities.
- Analyse trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Client Interaction_
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for their needs and concerns.
- Proactively address client feedback and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven track record in maintenance and procurement roles, particularly within the Aged Care sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Facility Management Information (FMI) systems, showcasing your ability to navigate and maximize the potential of these tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel for creating comprehensive reports.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
