**The Product**

Throughout our history we've been known to develop award-winning solutions, and now we're launching the next. Named eShepherd, our virtual fencing technology allows farmers to monitor, move and contain livestock anywhere on their farm, breaking down those difficult to fence paddocks into smaller grazing cells to run a more efficient and thriving pasture-based system. Our future farm technology also provides real-time data and 24/7 visibility of livestock, increasing productivity and profitability, improving animal health outcomes, and offering a cost-effective solution for environmental compliance and sustainable practices.

**The Opportunity**

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our award-winning eShepherd team. In this key role, you'll take the lead in building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique challenges, and helping them maximize the benefits of our platform during onboarding and over time.

You'll be at the helm of shaping and developing our customer success team and optimising it for scalability and sustained growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring that all facets of the Customer Success team, encompassing people, processes, and strategies, are finely tuned with a commitment to customer satisfaction. As we scale up across the globe, the team will grow and your role will expand.

**The Fit**

To be successful in this role you'll need to have a proven track record of leading a team in customer success, and a passion for helping customers solve problems and achieve their goals. To enable you to hit the ground running and build customer relationships quickly, you'll also have:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in a Customer Success role, ideally in the Techology or AgTech sectors.
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and resolving issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring customer success.
- An interest and/or background in agriculture (desirable).
- Familiarity with different types of AgTech solutions and how they can benefit farmers (desirable).
