**The Company**:
Our clients are a leading medium sized financial planning firm based in the heart of Adelaide CBD. They are looking for a practice manager to manage the ongoing operational activities of their practice to meet business objectives. You will work closely with the CEO to collaboratively work out budgets and manage team members including financial planners, client service managers and team members.

You will be running this business as if it was your own and you will be responsible for the full operation of the business. The CEO will have full trust in your ability to lead and motivate the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor financials and cash flow forecast to be agreed by the directors
- Report to the CEO and work closely on forecasts and budgets.
- Provide reporting on progress against business objectives
- Provide direction on business operating policies and procedures
- Managing and overseeing a team of Planners, Paraplanners and Client Service staff and become the "go-to" person in the office
- Guiding, coaching, mentoring and recruitment of Financial Planners and support staff
Overseeing organisational structure and make process and system changes when appropriate
- Review individual line items in the P&L to determine the opportunity to either increase income or decrease cost
- Monitor workflow on a regular basis
- Drive and monitor sales to ensure Financial Advisers deliver on targets
- Review and manage the Adviser remuneration model
- Ensure that the business meets Licensee ASIC requirements and Licensee policy and procedure requirement guidelines

**Qualifications, experience & skills**
- Tertiary qualified in disciplines such as accounting, financial planning, business, legal, etc
- Postgraduate studies in Management such as an MBA highly regarded
- Experience in running a business and working as a practice or general manager
- Strong written and oral communication skills
