Level 1 Service Desk Analyst
,
you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for the first line of support in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.
We're on the hunt for friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant Adelaide-based Helpdesk Contact Centre team
If you're someone who thrives on connecting with people, manages your time like a pro, learns new skills quickly, and has a natural talent for building genuine rapport with customers, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine and grow your career (or start it) in the technology space
If you are a self-starter with a strong customer focus and a results oriented approach complimented by your strong verbal and written communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
