$35.01 per hr + Super + Salary packaging. Variety of shift times available including morning, daytime and evening.

You are an independent, proactive thinker and worker but are also able to follow direction given by your managers and can work within a tight-knit team.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services or related fields (an advantage but not mandatory) or relevant experience
A current valid Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle
Satisfactory Police Records Check (less than 12 months old) and Working with Children Check
Manual handling training desirable
Rights to work in Australia
Willing to work flexible hours on a fortnightly roster
Availability and willingness to use personal smartphone (iPhone or Android)
Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
NDIS Workers Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
NDIS Workers Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to clients in the community
Work collaboratively within a team and follow directions from managers
Respond to client needs with empathy, calmness, and resilience
Maintain safety and wellbeing of participants and comply with relevant policies
