At The Reject Shop, we are on a mission to make shopping a fun and exciting experience, and we are looking for a retail superstar to join our team as the Bench Store Manager at our
Logan Central
store.
Responsibilities include leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service by setting the standard through personal interactions, addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your mission will include:
Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.
Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure.
Solving challenges with strong problem-solving and ensuring smooth operations.
Ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
Delivering business objectives.

Ideal candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for people—both our team and our customers.
