**What is the role?**

As a Junior Buyer, your duties and responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the administration function for your respective category including order raising, stock allocation and system maintenance
- Ensure communication to staff and stores are delivered efficiently
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive your category stock turns, product placement and product knowledge
- Manage your own developing categories and ensure they meet or exceed seasonal sales targets
- Assist direct Manager with editing the product mix of categories to reflect current trends and consumer target
- Assist the Buyers in driving development of company exclusive and first to market products
- Assist the team with monthly reviews on top and bottom performing styles and report learning's back to greater team with the aim to drive improvements in the future
- Support the Buyers in driving development of exclusive and first to market products

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 12 months of experience as an Assistant Buyer
- A fashion or business degree is highly regarded
- Experience in retail sales is highly regarded
- A track record of maximizing category growth above and beyond what was expected in a similar role
- Knowledge or exposure to the fashion industry and its current trends
