Job Title: Solution Architect
Role Description:
A Senior Mesh Solution Designer is required to work with our cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dev/Tech lead experience and the ability to work with Product owners/CTOs to understand system functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and document solutions mentioning all impacted systems and technical details of changes requested.
Work with the Product owner/CTO Architecture team to identify project risks and mitigate them.
Break down requirements into user stories along with acceptance criteria for the Dev team to work upon.
Facilitate discussion with relevant teams to unblock roadblocks for project delivery.
Stakeholder communication and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
Identify test scenarios for Dev/System Testing teams and contribute to the Dev phase of projects.
Work with System Testing/SVP/IAT teams for knowledge sharing sessions and test cases review.
Collaborate with Security teams for code scanning setup of new components and Pen Testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years Dev/Tech lead experience.
Strong understanding of system functional and non-functional requirements.
Ability to design and document solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, API security, and data protection best practices.
Asynchronous/messaging architectures and cloud computing.
