Make It With Pride.As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process.
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks.
You will operate and maintain equipment to meet our Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability and Morale targets.You're key responsibilities include;Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Producing products according to specifications and Quality standards.Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet Quality standards.Setting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipment.Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.Use of SAP and other online computer systems.Active use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plant.Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Reporting any issues to the Shift Leader or Manager.Potential opportunity to work in Warehousing.What you will bringMachine / mechanical operations.Lean manufacturing.Safety and quality standards.Communicating with team members on site.Using IT systems to support production process.Collaborating well in a diverse work environment.Forklift Licence advantageous.More about this rolePart Time role - 40 hours per fortnight.Multiple roles available.This role is on a rotating shift - Day/Afternoon/Night.Business Unit SummaryAt Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
