Production Operative

We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team in a beverage production line environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment involved in the production of beverages, ensuring all equipment is properly set up and calibrated for production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating machinery and equipment involved in the production of beverages.
  • Ensuring all equipment is properly set up and calibrated for production.
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
  • Working efficiently in a cold room environment, maintaining personal safety and adhering to company policies.

Requirements include:

  • Ability to work in a cold room environment (1°C) for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail in completing production-related paperwork.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 10kg), and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Flexibility for shifts.

This is a full-time or casual role, with an hourly rate of $29.00 - $30.39 per hour. Expected hours are 40 per week.

The schedule includes:

  • 8 hour shift.
  • Morning shift.

Relocation to Pemulwuy, NSW is required.
